Villa Borghese
Via Prenestina, 685
Rome

Villa Borghese is not only renowned for its Borghese Gallery but also for its large spacious gardens. The grounds were converted into a park and museum in 1901 and within the gardens there is Rome Zoo, Bioparco. The garden has various temples, statues and monuments such as the Templete de Diana and de Faustina, the statues of Victor Hugo, Goethe and Lord Byron and the Siena Square. There are a number of museums in Villa Borghese which are located within the different buildings on site.

What a marvelous villa you have here. The gallery and the spacious gardens in this villa are truly remarkable. This reminds me so much of the villas in Puglia.
