This museum displays a collection of contemporary art, with masterpieces by artists as famous as Braque, Calder, Miró, Picasso, Van Gogh and Kandinsky. The oldest piece at the Guggenheim museum is a landscape by Camille Pissarro which dates back to 1867. There are guided tours of the museum or you can book an exclusive visit when it is closed to the general public. Apart from the galleries, there is a shop and coffee shop.
