This magnificent Art Deco building is a must-see during your stay in Geneva. Originally built as the headquarters for the League of Nations between 1929 and 1938, today, the Palais de Nations (Palace of Nations) is the European Headquarters for the United Nations. The building is located in Ariana Park. You can only access the building by guided tour.

During the guided tour you will have the opportunity to see the Assembly Hall with its 2,000 seats, as well as the Council Chamber decorated with gold murals and finally, the Palais gardens.

Remember to bring your passport which is a requirement to take the guided tour.
