Junibacken is a museum for children which was opened in 1996 in the centre of Stockholm and is a paradise for little ones who love reading.

The museum is open all year and there are lots of play areas for children as well as daily theatre productions. Children will enjoy Storybook Square which is one of the first areas they will go to at the museum and they will love meeting Pippi Longstocking in Villa Villekula.

Jump on Story Train which leaves from Vimmerby station and go on a fantasy trip with the whole family through Astrid Lindren’s books. You never know who you will meet along the way.
