The famous Rambla is one of the main tourist attractions in Barcelona. Hundreds of tourists and locals love to promenade this street which links Plaça Catalunya, the very centre of Barcelona, with the Christopher Columbus monument facing the sea. This street is lined with monuments, famous buildings, bars, open-air cafés and restaurants, flower stalls, kiosks and street artists.

Along the Rambla, you will be able to see famous monuments and buildings renowned for their unique architecture such as the Palau de la Virreina, the Teatre del Liceu, and the Canaletas’ fountain. The Mercat de La Boqueria, a famous food market, is also situated off the Rambla. This market is a rainbow of colours where you will be able to find all types of fresh fruit and vegetables, meats and sweets. Just off the Rambla, you will be able to find Plaça Reial, Plaça del Pi and the Wax Museum, and the Museum Marítim.
