Kais restaurant is located on the banks of Tagus River.

Cais da Viscondessa,
Rua da Cintura – Santos,

Kais is a cosmopolitan restaurant located in an old factory which was used to generate electricity for trams in the 19th century. Today, this building is a reference point for Portuguese cuisine in Lisbon.

The restaurant has conserved its industrial appearance and serves dishes such as marinated salmon Gravlax, foie-gras escalopes with roasted apple and Au moscatel from Setúbel on spicy bread. If you are sweet-toothed you should try the crunchy biscuit with raspberry and basil mousse, chocolate trilogy with coffee gravy or crêpes suzette.
