The name of this restaurant means House of the Tiles because the front of the building is covered with blue and while tiles. It is located in the historic centre of Mexico City and is housed in an old mansion which dates back to the 16th century and is a popular tourist attraction within the city. The inner decor of the building is a reminder of the colonial period and there is a courtyard with a large Moorish fountain in the centre. Some of the dishes on offer at this attractive restaurant are salads, enchiladas and soups.
