The Leonardo da Vinci Science and Technology Museum in Milan opened in 1955 and it is the biggest museum dedicated to science and technology in Italy. The museum covers around 40,000 metresĀ² and is a great place to take children as they can learn about the greatest inventions from Leonardo da Vinci.

There is an area in the museum which is dedicated to Leonardo da Vinci. See his paintings, designs and some models which have been reconstructed using Leonardo da Vinci’s original sketches.

Apart from learning a lot about technology and science, you can also experiment with machines and chemical reactions in the interactive lab. This is a fun, interactive museum which everyone, regardless of age, will enjoy.
