Garuda Whisnu Kencana Cultural Park
Jl. Raya Uluwatu, Ungasan, Kuta Selatan  BadungNusa Dua  Bali, Indonesia

This large cultural park was built on the remains of a limestone quarry. The old cliff walls rise up over the massive bronze statues depicting the Hindu God, Wisnu and his mythical bird companion, Garuda.
There are traditional Balinese dance and music performances at the base of the richly-carved walls of the amphitheatre, and there are lotus ponds, exhibition gallery and gardens to explore. The statues planned, were going to be larger, but the religious authorities of the island believed that too much commercialism would upset the cultural balance of Bali. They decided instead, to keep the site in keeping with the other spiritual sites around the island and provide a more authentic experience for visitors.

If you have an event to celebrate, it is possible to hire one of the many venues, indoors and out, for weddings, dinners or business.
