Verwaltung des Englischen Gartens München
Englischer Garten 2

Located in Schwabing in Munich is the English Garden which is among the largest gardens in Europe. This garden is bigger than Central Park in New York and Hyde Park in London.

This garden was built in 1789 and was designed by Sir Benjamin Thompson. It is divided in two by Isarring, a road which runs through the centre of the garden and it was named the English Garden as a result of its landscaping which is similar to that of many mid-18th, early 19th century English Gardens.

Admire the landscape, take a boat ride on Kleinhesseloher Lake, enjoy a drink in the beer garden, do some sport or enjoy a meal at Dallmayr restaurant – this is the perfect location to relax during your stay in Munich.

This is one of many factors why I keep returning to this page. This blog post is a great deal of information and I can’t wait to start using them. I like how it’s evident that you made a great number of time and effort in research. I despise it when I read on articles that are 500 words long but are missing in message. It’s like they just want to catch you in and the8r#y217;&e not really giving out something logical. So many thanks!
