Tía Pol is a small Spanish tapas restaurant in Chelsea, New York which was opened on 28th July 2004. It is serves a lunch/brunch menu from Tuesday to Sunday and a daily evening meal menu. It captures the passion of Spain and enables you to sample some of the Mediterranean delicacies which this country is famous for. There are private rooms available for group dinners. The restaurant is very popular so you may have to wait, but rest assured it is worth it when you sample the rich Spanish wine and the dishes which are prepared just as the Spanish do.
