Nobu in New York is the pioneer in Japanese food since it opened in 1994. Nobu Matsuhisa is the chef and has worked in sushi bars in Tokyo and he is currently introducing a new type of Japanese cuisine with dishes such as Black cod with Miso and Squid Paste.
The design of this restaurant is a reminder of how beautiful the Japanese countryside is with wooden floors and a wall made of stones from a river. This restaurant has won various awards one of which is the Michelin star award.

A beautiful dining experience at Nobu Restaurant. We live in New York and would go on a regular basis to this delightful venue.
