The Spice Market in Bangkok is a restaurant which looks like an old spice shop and it specialises in Thai cuisine. Each evening there is a guest chef who gives a cookery demonstration and shows how to cut vegetables.

The menu includes fish and meat as well as fresh Thai fruit and exotic desserts. There is also a large selection of wines and drinks from all over the world.

Some of the specialities on the menu are Thom Yum Kung (spicy prawn soup), Nua Phad Bai Kaprow (fried beef with chilli and fresh basil) and Gaeng Phed Ped Yand (red curry with roast duck in coconut milk).
