Madison Square Garden is the most famous arena in the world, used for both sporting events and concerts. This is where basketball and hockey matches, as well as shows, concerts and political speeches are held, and it has a sports field, theatre, convention centre, balcony and two restaurants.

Madison Square Garden is home to the American basketball team New York Knicks and it can host 20,000 spectators for basketball matches and 18,200 for hockey matches. There are guided visits of the stadium which will explain what it has been used for over the years.

Madison Square Green has hosted many important events and it has been used by a number of well known artists such as Madonna, Elvis Presley and Frank Sinatra for his New York, New York performance.

Stockholm Globe Arena is the largest spherical theatre in the world and is used to host both sporting and musical events. Globen means balloon in Swedish and the building gets its name from its unusual shape.

It was opened in 1989 for the international ice hockey championships and is a popular tourist attraction today because of its unique structure. The stadium is used for hockey and basketball matches.

Some of the most famous artists who have performed in the stadium are U2 and Bruce Stringsteen. The annual Melodifestivalen is held at the stadium and it was also used to host the MTV Europe Music Awards in 2000.

Berlin Olympic Stadium was built between 1935 and 1936 to host the Olympic Games held in Berlin in 1936. The stadium has recently been modernised and refurbished. It can hold 74,500 spectators and is used for both concerts and sporting events such as football games between national teams.

A visit to the stadium allows you to visit the dressing rooms, the VIP area, the playing field, the chapel, the old grandstand and the tower where you will see panoramic views over Berlin from 77.17m high.

The Palais Omnisports de Paris-Bercy or Bercyis is an indoor sports stadium which is in the shape of a pyramid and the outer walls of the stadium are covered with grass. The stadium can hold between 3,500 and 17,000 spectators and it is used for concerts as well as sporting events.

There is a huge ice-skating rink which is very popular in the winter. The gardens around the stadium cover around 35 acres. The stadium is 55,000 square metres and was opened in 1983 at the edge of the River Seine. It is near to other famous places such as the National Library and the Finance Ministry.

Opened in 1996, the Amsterdam ArenA Stadium was the first European stadium with a retractable roof and it was used as one of the venues for the UEFA Euro in 2000. The stadium is located in Amsterdam and is used for both football and American Football matches. Concerts are also held in the stadium.

There are guided tours of the famous ArenA stadium during which you will be able to visit the Press Box, the Ajax museum, the Soccer World Cafe and the official Ajax shop.
