Siratori is regarded as one of the most fashionable Japanese restaurants in Madrid. Some of the specialities at Siratori are Teppan-Yakil which is a grill service of Japanese delicacies, Shabu-Shabu, which consists of traditional dishes from Japan, and the typical Sushi bar. For each speciality there is a separate dining area, and food is always cooked in front of the costumer.
