Barcelona's Science Museum, known as Cosmocaixa, is located at the foot of the Tibidabo Mountain. There are different zones in the museum, each with different themes and so this makes learning science fun.

Go deep into the bosque inundado, which is a replica of the Amazon rainforest in Brazil, or play with science in the sala de la materia, plaza de la ciencia or muro geológico.

There are also various activities in the museum such as the Planetarium, touch and feel, or click and flash. A visit to the Science Museum is an alternative way to have a great family day out during your holiday.
