The Spice Route restaurant is located in The Imperial Hotel in New Delhi

The Imperial Hotel, Japath, New Delhi.

The menu consists of dishes from south-east Asia, the Malabar Coast, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam, and is decorated with sculptures from the Chiang Mai region in Thailand. Some of the specialties are the vegetable stew and the oriental salads.
